The proposed change I like best is the manditory pit stop within the
last 10-15 laps to prevent people from running out of gas.

I love all forms or motorsports but just don't understand the attraction
to NASCAR?  only modern thing on the car is the electronic ignition, no
subtantial safety system for the drivers, and very little skill required
by the driver to master truning left all day.

Give me an FIA sanctioned event any day.
