Fellow owner Chris Bowman helped me re-skin them. Couldn't have done 
it without him.

The process required a pair of dykes, pliers, 75-100 hog-rings per 
seat, and a pair of hog-ring pliers graciously provided by Dave 
Stragand. They look pretty good for a couple of amatuers.
