Moderation directly? No, but there is a reason that so many open chat 
areas stay away from specific subjects, due to how long things can get. 
The more people, the longer it takes to die down, meanwhile annoying 
everyone else that may have a question or another subject as it gets 
ignored (due to large blocks messages being jumped over).

The unmoderated list is great, good judgement says it can be wise to 
stay away from certain topics.
