[DMCForum] Re: Bush Lost Florida In 2000

Approximately 10,000 registered Floridian voters (predominantly black)
were either turned away from polling places or found their polling
places moved.

Miami-Dade county never manually counted 10,750 ballots that the punch
card machines couldn't read.

Palm Beach County's manual recount was cut short (after numerous
delays from its Republican election board members).

Republicans corrected invalid absentee ballots AFTER November 7 and
Bush sued to have them included in the recount.

Let's face it: Bush would have lost Florida if the election and its
aftermath had been handled fairly.

On September 12, 2001, Gore may have been glad it wasn't.
