RE: [DMCForum] Bush

"Amendment I:"

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech,
or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to
petition the government for a redress of grievances. "

Doesn't look like public funding for humanitarian aid programs is a)
establishing religion, b) prohibiting the free exercise thereof; c)
abridging the freedom of speech, d) or of the press; e) or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble, or f)  to petition the government for a
redress of grievances.  Exactly what part is the violation?  That's right,
there isn't any violation... Huh.  Guess that's why there hasn't been a
Constitutional challenge to any of it, eh?

Again, just angry liberals who are upset that someone is doing something
WITHOUT a federally run program.  When enough people realize that you don't
need the government to wipe your butt for you, then all of those
votes-in-exchange-for-handouts programs will all dry up and disappear, as
well as most of the Democrats power.

Ah, so instead he is a soldier of the Chruch..

As a result, we loose 4 years of stem cell research
and have public funding for faith based programs (a
violation of the first ammendment)
