Okay...  first, clean the backing plates with a scrub brush to remove ALL
traces of the old foam.  You can finish with a towel and acetone to remove
even more.
 
I didn't use 3m -- I used Heads-Up Super Headliner Adhesive -- specifically
matched to the heads-up fabric.
 
You -are- using new fabric, right?  There is no way to reglue the old stuff.
It will just keep falling.

The damn things are letting go already! They were better applied then 
the last time! What gives? I used the 3m Super 77 adhesive that most 
people swear by.
It's been raining and humid as hell. Is that the problem?

Any suggestions anyone? Dave?
