Anyone here sold a house on their own? I'm working to sell mine and the
buyer is such a pain in my ass. He's worrying me to death and I've lost my
appetite over the whole deal. I'm half hoping the deal falls through so I
can start over with someone that's more laid back. This fucker's so uptight
if I stuck coal up his ass he'd shit a diamond.

I've determined that selling a house is one of the most stressful things you
can ever do, especially when it's 50 years old.
