Now that was the first time you have stated something not ipso facto.
"...very good chance" as opposed to your other hard statements.  I don't
agree with your argument, but at least you are stating them more correct :)

The plans and practices for the attacks were under weigh already so I doubt
very seriously that who was in office would have altered this.  But, if that
is the case, then if Barely / Equipped ... I mean ... Kerry / Edwards wins
this election then everything should end and be instantaneously better so
therein will be the test.  If the Bush Administration caused this, then
everything should change in an instant if the other party wins.
