[DMCForum] Re: Rich's Basement Floor

If you use self adhesive tiles you may discover they won't stay stuck,
especially in a high moisture environment like a basement. There's
precious little adhesive on those tiles to begin with (we're talking
micro thin layer). Remember the beauty parlor my office used to be in
the back of? Floor was "professionally" done in Armstrong tiles. Guy
did a nice job cutting & piecing, but they started coming up about a
year later. I was re-glue'ing them for her with troweled on latex,
1/8" notch. Don't know what Sarah's going to do now that we've moved.
