[DMCForum] Re: Needed In American Politics: The Negative Vote

What we need in America is the Negative Vote. Rather than voting *FOR*
a candidate you don't really like, in an effort to defeat the one you
dislike more, you should have the option of voting *AGAINST* the
candidate you like the least. At the end of the day we add all the
positive and negative votes together and give each candidate their net
result.
