[DMCForum] starter

Hey guys,
seems like the front bearing of my starter needs to be replaced.

Does somebody have a good source of informations about 
how to rebuild starters ?

Probem is/was - sometimes when I released the key the starter
made a strange noise for about a second or so - instead of 
simply turn off (the starter, not the engine !)
