DMC Houston does it, though in my opinion its EXPENSIVE.  It's no magical
mystery- free flow exhaust, ignition upgrades, new cams, and probably an
ass-ton of tuning. 

Sourcing parts is probably half the battle.

Some have had good results installing EFI, and there's always
turbo/supercharging.  There are kits, but you're probably better off
starting from scratch, pricewise.
