Is there really no such information on this engine available to the public?
It would seem to be a pretty good investment to duplicate the engine and
sell it as an upgrade.

I meant so he could strip it and reassemble it so he (and the rest of
us) can find out what makes it tick. The legend engines are seen as the
ultimate in DeLorean circles because DMC developed it. Renault also did
a turbocharged 3 litre PRV and although rare, there're a few more than 3
kicking around :-)
