I have never tried rebuilding hydraulics, but it can't be
rocket surgery(*)  Just to regurgitate what Martin G said a
few weeks ago, clutches should rebuild better than brake
master cylinders because they always get used through their
full range of motion.  This wears the entire bore
consistently.  Whereas with a brake master cylinder, you are
always applying the brakes at various amounts which wears
the bore unevenly.
