There's ways to find assholes that think they can hide on the internet.
*cough cough cough* Often their user id on ebay is something unique to them.
Try searching google for their id or email address. You can also lodge a
complaint with eBay.

If you have your receipt for the money order I'm sure there's something you
can do with that as well.
