Re: [DMCForum] Which one?

Well the good thing about a DeLorean is it won't depreciate. I know being young myself that's a big plus to owning one. If you're going to sink all your money into a car, why not one that won't lose any value? Of course DeLoreans are fussy as hell, but the only way to learn how to fix one is to drive it, flush out its problems and fix them. I'm a 21 year old college senior (I graduate in less than 2 months... ahhhh!!!), and drive my DeLorean about 1k miles a month. I adore the stupid piece of shit, even though it's not very practical and not always 100% reliable. That would be my only reservation about having it as a my only car: it will only carry 2 people and very limited baggage. Going shopping with my roommate in the DeLorean is always a riot... I literally have to pack him into the car with the groceries. Hey, you're only young once. If you don't buy one now, you may not be able to for a while... things like college, rent, and spouses are just around the corner. I probably shouldn't own one either being young, stupid, and poor... but here I am. I used to discourage people from buying poor condition cars, or people who it would be a finacial strain to own one... but I figure, what's the worse thing that can happen... you have to sell it? At least you know it won't depreciate any. Just some random nonsensical thoughts... -Louie

student get a 2000 S-10 or get a DeLorean?
At my job we have a 2000 S-10 and I have until next week to make up
my mind. If anyone could please give me any advise I would much
appreciate it.
