Pretty much everything is metric, yes.
I also recommend buying a metric bolt assortment in stainless so you don't get nickel-and-dimed to death.

I have a question for those of you who have worked on your cars extensively:
Is everything metric?
I'm considering just buying a metric wrench set, though I won't need it
until I get the car. I have a standard set already, but considering the
DeLorean was European-built, I suspect many things will be in metric. I
have heard many times that metric bolts are used for this and that ...
but is the whole thing metric?
