It's where a new restaurant opens up in South Park called "Raisins." It's
mocking Hooters... the reason it's called Raisins is because it's an
elementary school version of Hooters, and the girls don't have hooters, the
have raisins lol. All of the girls have car names: Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche,
and they all tell every customer the same thing "wow... we were so bored
until you guys came in here, you guys seem really cool." And basically they
have all of the South Park kids under their spell. Butters thinks this one
girl likes him when she's really just getting him to come back and spend
more money at Raisins. Anyways, Jim's comment made me think of that episode
