Re: [DMCForum] Re: WIX oil filters



The first one collapsed after about 150miles, which was one run on the
interstate.  The second lasted a bit longer around 1000 miles.  Fram makes
the outsides of the filter look and feel good but the element inside is
capped off with cardboard instead of metal like a real filter.  It was this
end cap that came off and plugged the filter.
