It's actually the HVAC selector knob that's missing (at least description IS car pictured). Isn't really room under a DeLo seat for anything -- even a knob. Sitting in sun does evil things to front fascias. Yet another reason to use a car cover. Car has traditional eyebrow on driver's side in addition "George W" lip over grille.
