[DMCForum] Re: Diagnosing fuel delivery without gauges

Volvo boys (www.brickboard.com, www.swedishbricks.com, etc) without
exhaust gas analyzers adjust CO2 screw by "cracking" the injectors --
put one in neck of a bottle and visually observe spray pattern as it's
turned at idle.

Couldn't Rich use similar visual diagnosis even before fuel pressure
gauge shows up? If engine truly starving for fuel should see effect in
spray pattern, open throttle as well as idle.
