Greg,

The good water comes from Abita Springs. Not only do they make beer with 
it, they also bottle it and sell it as-is. Kentwood is another brand 
popular down here but I'm not sure where it comes from. Ozarka is good, 
too, but that's a blend from two springs next door - Texas. No kidding.
