Can't buy refrigerant in cans here - it rarely gets hot enough to warrent AC in our houses, and a lot of cars are still sold with AC as an option only. I was charged about $60 to have my car vacced and gassed with R413 R12 is utterly illegal here, can't use it, can't sell it, can't dispose of it. £3000 instant fine for anyone who does.
