You probably can reuse them but it would be best to know how much they
have
stretched from the original uninstalled length.  And then you need to know
what the alloy is so you can determine if they have yielded.  That means
they wont have the springiness required to keep your head tight.

The sure thing would be to replace them.

Check out www.arp-bolts.com  They used to have some good info on torque
and
bolt stretch.
