I think it would look really different, maybe even something the ricers
would copy.  I bet it would act like a aero kit and increase drag and give
you atleast an extra 15-20HP.

If you are going to hang silver balls under the car I think maybe you
should
call it a kilt not panties. Panties and balls is the kind of thing you see
at 2am on South Beach as your drunk friend is hitting on her/him/it.
