I am sitting on this SS frame and need to correct much of the welding
before
I put it on a car. I am curious to do the work myself, but I need to buy
a
good TIG welder and learn how to use it. (All the welds on this frame
were
done with MIG which makes a really sorry job on stainless. -- No offence
to
the Pearce's intended.) But I'm not sure that I want to learn on this
project. I do have a blackbelt in soldering iron which is a good head
start. Can you recommend a good welder that runs on single phase 220?
Your
advice was great on the refrigerant scale.

Someday I also want to get a lathe & milling machine. I want to
specialize
in making unique reproduction car parts.
