Well this looks like the opportunity for yet another plug for ACME Engineering inc. We have the capabilities to machine almost any shape and material you can dream of. We have located in our wonderful in house shop (my garage) a lathe with a 16" swing and an end mill. At our second location (the job that pays my bills) we have a 3-axis CNC which can cut flat stock up to 1.5" thick. And a 5-axis mill with a working envelope of 10'x13'x3' and can hold a tolerance of +- 20/1000th of an inch over its full range and +- 3/1000th over 24".
