I haven't had to deal with this, but I've been -told- that the great 
thing about our engine, is that you can WELD it. Call the local head 
shops and tell them it's aluminum and you need it fixed. See what 
they say.

You have also made me feel so much better. Now I'm not the only one 
who's made a mistake and had to tear his engine down. :)
