Sigh...I curse my ignorance.

I've rebuilt engines before, but never bothered with a pressure test. 
This time I was concerned because I actually -care- if this engine 
runs right. I thought you had to do a pressure test before hand to 
determine whether or not the systems were sealed tightly and 
seperated.

If what you say is true, then the tiny leak I had would seal up as 
the adhesive gets around.

The good news is, it was strictly an air test. The coolant has been 
drained from the car. The bubbles were cause by a mild soap and water 
solution that I was spraying on the surface of the engine to look for 
leaks. The internals of the engine should be dry.

I'll continue with the test...If it leaks I'll handle it from there.
