[DMCForum] Grind going to 5th

When my D is cold, or just getting warm, I can shift into 5th with 
no problems or noises.  Once I've been driving a bit and everything 
is to temp, if I shift into 5th it grinds.  If I put the clutch in, 
let the RPMS go down a bit, and then shift, no grind.  I have the SS 
clutch line and my master and slave were replace around 3 years 
ago/8K miles ago.  
Any ideas?
