i think every delorean expert should convene in pittsburgh this saturday
to find the answer to this perplexing question :-)
somehting tells me my rough idle will turn out to be a faulty windshield
wiper blade....

It should be too lean when it's off.  But the reason it is off is because
it
is too rich and trying to make it leaner.
