There are plenty of altezza-style lights that are close, but I just can't see spending the $300 a pop & then crack a housing when I'm cutting it to fit. What I did for the front lamps on my D was to fashion custom lexan covers, mask off the unimportant areas, then coat the lamps with a "dichriotic" film.
