travis, I am working through all this myself so i will try and help.... if i have it right this is what you car does: car on without headlights: panel on car on with headlights on: panel off i believe this is incorrectly set up as a/c panle is always on with factory set up and the mod is done cause most people dont want the panel lights on during daytime driving...maybe wires crossed in the a/c panel relay receptacle or the relay stuck/bad. as far as the red relay. i believe this only acts as the dimmer for the lighting system. i think the best way to check is to swap with a nearby owner for a minute.... elvis may need to take the lead in fixing our lighting probs...maybe we can split his airfare to the states :-) mike c 2109 Yahoo!
