Drench the foam bucks with armor-all -- it makes it much easier to get the covers on. Don't forget the metal bars in the slots provided (or cut coat hangers to size). Start with the the headrest. Pinch like he** and slide it over, then do the top fold and then the bottom. It seems that some of the rings can be put in from the back and some cannot such as the ones on the seat bottom. You cant access it from the back and also the headrest. There are two flaps there but only can access it through the front.
