Add another vote for $3000-$5000. I really wouldn't pay a dime more than that though. I know 3 or 4 guys who paid around $7500 for their D's and got something that's a step above #909. So will you be documenting the resto online if you get the car? It's always really cool to see the process of restoring these cars.
