Are you referring to the type of vinyl like what is used in automotive interiors? If so, you should be able to buy it by the yard from most any interior and upholstery shop. Where I lived previously there was a supplier to the automotive industry who sold the exact OEM materials for the custom vehicles we built. As far as stretching vinyl like this, mild use of a heat gun will allow you to stretch around bends and corners. If memory serves, I thought you were adept at automotive upholstery, no?
