Thanks :)  I'm one step ahead... I've already installed 
giant "blindspot" mirrors in place of the normal auto glass.  They do 
help, especially for someone used to almost a foot of mirror 
(Suburbans).  The down side is that they don't follow the contour of 
the mirror housing & therefore win the "ghetto mod of the year" 
award :(
