gojo (Lanolin) with pumice.

The trick is to put it on your hands DRY.  Rub the lanolin and pumice in
to your hands before putting them under the water.

this post is more for my wife than me :-)....after a busy day under the
car I tend to get to little dirty....What is the best soap to use for
cleaning up your hands etc. ....I usually head for the laundry sink and
scrub with reg soap forever. I think I have heard of automotive soap
called "Lava" but just wondering what other people use. I do wear latex
gloves if I am around fuel or coolant too so that helps alot.
