Erik, The answer to your question is "both." We may even pick up a few other topics along the way, so dim the lights, put your hands on that glimmering computer, and prepare to be enriched. ;) The DMCForum is a more laid-back, friendly, personal list. Other people are people, too. They have lives and houses and kids and everything. There's nothing wrong in being friendly, showing respect to your fellows, and taking an interest in their lives as human beings, and not just as repositories of information. You'll earn their respect that way, and vice versa. Of course I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir here ... so I'll stop.
