Re: [DMCForum] totally off topic -- Happy happy!

[note: Even further off topic! Muahaha!]

Walt,

I have a theory for that small bit of energy you got from the DeLorean's
seat. Did you smell anything when that happened? You were probably
freeing a long-lost beer fart. Every now and then I encounter a
seat-cushion that has one or two trapped in them, usually in doctor's
offices where everything smells of sickness anyway so nobody really
notices. Another possibility is that an attractive woman once sat there;
that sometimes happens to me -- it's like the energy is there without
the smell.

By the way, for those of you who have dogs ... do they ever try to stick
their heads out of the DeLorean's windows and then get stuck? Just
curious.

My first car was a Plymouth Duster. It was a great little car and pulled
its weight when it needed to (especially after I de-carbonized
everything). Only problem was I couldn't get the harmonic balancer right
and the air conditioner made a loud "whooooooooooong!" noise. Ah, the
Mopar daze. Er, days. :)

Anyway, I'm glad a bit of levity has returned to the list. In these days
of hurricanes, impending war, and the Ice Capades, it's nice to know
that we don't take ourselves too seriously. :)
