JoAnn Fabrics is an essential DeLorean vendor for me. When replacing a
window motor, it is important to check if the velcro strips between the
outer glass & door is in place. With age the glue deteriorates, the strip
falls off and then the window glass gets all scratched up. I've seen it
happen on many cars. JoAnn's sells all kinds of velcro that makes a great
replacement.

I've also used their acrylic felt. You can buy it in black or gray to
match
your interior. I've glued pieces in anywhere two pieces of upholstery
vinyl
touch. This has eliminated several annoying squeaks in my car. The main
places are between the knee pad & center console and also between the
binnacle & dash. Oh what blessed quietness! And it doesn't show either.

JoAnn Fabrics also carries auto upholstery vinyl and headliner fabric.

And no, I don't work for them, but even if I did, would it matter?
