Except... that neither "littel" nor "karr" are German words -- that would
be "kleinauto".  Maybe a Nordic dialect like Finnish or Swedish or Norsk?

Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom. As in "the United 
Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland"

I agree LittelKarr sounds the most plausible
