I can only see the following differences:

- gap in the letters is larger (most evident in the M)
- edges are more square
- at times logo has had a raised or embossing effect.

Of course, any difference would be enough for copyright purposes.

I was going to compare these with the logo on deloreantime.com but the 
website is "under construction" according to DirectNIC.
