Please read my posts before misquoting me:

"Time" in terms of RPM's is a key component of the HP calculation.

The mere duration of engine running, without counting the number of
revolutions that occur within that duration, means absolutely nothing.
All you've calculated then is seconds or minutes or whatever. The
engine might as well have not been running for all the good that would
accomplish.
