enough with the kidneys already - you're making me feel sick!
As before - what I am proposing is a limited menu to make it easier 
for my staff - i.e. Scampi or Home made steak and ale pie or veggie, 
so we can get stuff ready and keep the cost of Friday down a bit.
Steak and ale pie ingredients are; steak, ale, mushrooms, gravy type 
stuff, puff pastry - that's it
And chips

The dinner is not that formal - just smart (or smartish) dress.
