We launched our new outer door seals at Eurofest and will be bringing 
them to Lotus.

They are tear resistant silicone rubber and barring the need to remove 
body panels, should last a lifetime. They will not go hard, will not 
shrink and are a lot more flexible than originals. We supply them with 
cleaner and special silicone acetate adhesive to apply them. £75 for the 
whole car. We're still working on inners at a reasonable price
