I've done that Paul, I'll email you off list for the next bit of the
"idiots guide" to using it.

I know you are a very helpful member of the club Paul, but even I, would
not expect you walk from Sheffield to Derby just to fix my computer!

Its completely free Chris.
Click on the link I sent you, then click the download button on that
page.
When the program has finished downloading, double click it to install
it.
Thats it.
Then just click on the new "Firefox" icon on your desktop instead of the
blue 
internet explorer "e" to browse the net.
