I do fully intend to just take out the bulbs and then when he passes me and
hands my form over I will take out my screwdriver and replace the bulbs in
front of him.  It is the most stupid thing I have ever heard.  I swear they
make up rules as it suits them. Just like last year with the halo headlights,
not uk road legal my ass.

It was 100% better when you could bring your car to a garage and when they
found a problem they fixed it and then gave you your MOT.  It is awful over
here and I swear that one day they will fail me for having gullwing doors
- IT WILL HAPPEN!!!!! "EXCUSE ME SON BUT THOSE DOORS ARNT' UK ROAD LEGAL"
