The consignment stock would be an excellent idea - sending a reasonably
large stock of parts over, reducing shipping costs per item, then pay DMCH
as they are used from here. However, this is assuming DMUK have space for
such a large stash, of course! Also, it would be necessary to conduct some
sort of surveu to determine what parts were 'commonly used', and focus on
these - I'm quite sure DMUK wouldn't want to have to pay to store a shed
load of stuff that they sold one of per blue moon.
