The get at the dash lights you have to remove the entire dash binnacle.
Normally held on with six piddly M4(?) bolts which are a pain to get at.
Then you have to disconnect the speedo drive from the rear of the
speedo, and two multiplugs.
To get at the A/C panel lights is much easier. Prise off the
temperature, A/C switch and Fan speed knobs, the A/C switch is a very
tight fit - BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE PANEL!
Behind the A/C knob is a single Philips screw, about the 9 o'clock
position. Remove it and you can then pull the panel forward. Three lamps
are located in the panel itself, the four illumination lamps are behind
it.
